How Abumere Golden plans to inspire young girls if she becomes the winner of the Miss Endowed Contest - October 2026:
If I become the winner of the Miss Endowed Contest – October 2026, I plan to inspire young girls by showing them that their background, circumstances, or current situation do not have to determine their future. I want to encourage them to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, develop their talents, and never be afraid to take up space.
I also want to use my platform to remind young girls that true beauty goes beyond appearance; it is found in confidence, character, intelligence, kindness, and purpose. I hope to lead by example, support and encourage other young women, and create a positive influence that reminds every girl that she is capable of becoming the woman she dreams of being.
Most importantly, I want my reign to leave a message: you are enough, your dreams are valid, and you have the power to become more.
A challenge Abumere Golden faced in life and she overcame it:
One challenge I have faced in life is learning to believe in myself, especially during moments when I compared myself to others or felt that I was not doing enough. There were times when self-doubt made me question my abilities and the future I was working towards.
I overcame it by learning to focus on my own journey, celebrate my progress, and remind myself that growth does not happen at the same pace for everyone. I started putting more energy into developing my talents, pursuing my education, building my dreams, and becoming a better version of myself.
That experience taught me that confidence is not about never doubting yourself; it is about choosing to keep going despite the doubt. Today, I carry that lesson with me, and it has made me more resilient, confident, and determined.
What Abumere Golden would do if she could change one thing about the world:
If I could change one thing about the world, I would change the mindset that makes people believe that their circumstances determine their worth or their future.
I would work towards a world where every young girl has access to education, encouragement, opportunities, and a safe environment to discover her potential. I would start by using my voice and platform to educate and inspire young girls, supporting initiatives that promote education and self-development, and encouraging people around me to replace judgment with support.
I believe meaningful change starts with one person choosing to make a difference. If I can help even one girl believe in herself, pursue her dreams, and realize that she is capable of more, then I have already contributed to a better world.
